FILM & VIDEO works comes to the forefront of the programme this year at ACT ART with over 60 features and shorts screened across 4 large projections at the event.
FILM Heading up the list is Bruce LaBruce’s controversial feature length ‘gay zombie’ flick ‘Otto; Or, Up With Dead People’; ‘StarrBooty’ directed by one time American male model, actor, turned fashion photographer Mike Ruiz in his directorial debut and starring the one and only RuPaul (who also wrote and produced the film),; ‘The Borghilde Project’ from new rising star, London director Myles Grimsdale and ‘The Death of Salvador Dali’ starring Marilyn Manson’s ex and international burlesque star Dita Von Teese and directed by Delaney Bishop a Los Angeles based filmmaker.
